First Class Shop (shop.firstclassremodelingtx.com) is operated by First Class Remodeling TX LLC ("First Class", "we", "us", "our"), a Texas limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of the website and any purchase made through it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the continental United States to purchase products. We ship only to the 48 contiguous US states.

2. Products

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by one of our approved suppliers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information will be emailed to you.

5. Heavy-item quotes

Certain items (large slabs, tubs, toilets, vanities) are not sold online. You may request a quote through the site; a First Class representative will contact you. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

If you submit reviews, photos, or videos, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply. Installation and use are at your own risk. Follow manufacturer instructions and consult a licensed professional for installation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Class Remodeling TX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
