Return Policy — First Class Shop

1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items.
2. Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items marked final sale, custom-made, or clearance are not returnable.
- Opened chemicals, adhesives, and consumables are not returnable for safety reasons.
- Installed items are not returnable.
3. How to return
1. Email firstclassremodelingtx@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of the RMA.
4. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
4. Shipping costs
- Our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit): we cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: you cover return shipping. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
5. Damaged or defective items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
6. Heavy items / install quotes
Items sold through a First Class install quote (slabs, tubs, toilets, vanities) are subject to a separate agreement provided with the written quote. Contact your project representative.
7. Refund timing
- Stripe: 5–10 business days to original card.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in non-resellable condition.
